Ghost & Writer
Out already on Metropolis (USA) and soon on Dependent (Europe): 'Red flags' by Ghost & Writer.
We are very happy we had the opportunity again to remix a track. Inspired by progressive dance, we built the remix around some Sasha-samples and intermixed it with some lush guitars we recorded ourselves.

GNY featured on Grrrls Manifesto I
Out now on Alfa Matrix: Absolute Grrrls Manifesto I
Imagine Crystal Castles remixed by The Prodigy. Raving breakbeats, sampled guitars, and heavy female vocals. This is what our very first GNY track sounds like. GNY is our female fronted side project.
So what's it all about? What's the magic in female power? Gwenny (GNY) nicely illustrates it: "Have you ever hurt your knee when you were a kid? And wasn’t it so much better when your mom gave a little kiss on the sore spot than when your dad did so? That’s the difference, hard to tell exactly what it is, there’s just a different touch to it".

Justify VIP mix announced
Diskonnekted has always been about breaking boundaries. For the next little journey, Diskonnekted was especially influenced by a modern drum and bass sound: the stuff from Hospital Records for example, or the explosive mix between drum & bass and electrorock by Pendulum. Starting point was the track ‘Justify’ from the current album “Hotel Existence” that became an explosive club track after its special treatment. Starting with raving drum & bass breaks, the track evolves into a heavy guitar driven crossover beast.
Hang on for details. Digital release is scheduled for next week on Bandcamp!

Diskonnekted LIVE @ Twilight - February 9th, 2013
We're happy to announce a live gig.
Rock café Twilight in Ostend, being a home for Diskonnekted since the very beginning, invited us again for a live gig. It will be a special evening rediscovering some early stuff, pimping it with industrial injections.
Foochow will be playing some cool electro records afterwards.
Diskonnekted LIVE @ Twilight - February 9th, 2013
Langestraat 21 - Oostende (B)

The Twilight is also the place were we do our rehearsals. And this is what happens then:
